Our team has over 60 years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry. Our team consists of current and former general contractors and specialty contractors who have construction experience in public works projects, government buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, affordable housing, commercial offices, retail space and commercial tenant improvements.

Strategic Business Planning
Strategic planning is vital and essential for a construction company’s scale and long term growth success. The areas of focus are:

The preconstruction phase of a project is part of the vital first steps of project commencement. The preconstruction phase is the preliminary planning and engineering services that the construction company implements before construction begins.
Precon begins by identifying project risks and challenges. Precon also includes project planning and scheduling of the scope and cost estimation by analyzing the project needs.
PROJECT COMPLIANCE & TRACKING
CS Consulting provides assistance in project monitoring and goal compliance. CS Consulting also assists in identifying small, local and underutilized businesses in order to increase local community participation. CS Consulting achieves these goals by offering resources to the local contracting community and partnering with local non profit organizations. By achieving these goals local communities receive a greater benefit.
CS Consulting track and updates the progress of the project compliance goals. Tracking progress in real time allows for adjustments and or improvements to be implemented. Regular meetings are held with the owner and large prime contractor to ensure proper and timely notification of challenges and most importantly, remedies.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
CS Consulting provides services and resources to increase community engagement on construction projects and development. CS Consulting assist developers and large prime contractors in informing the local community about the impacts and benefits that they will experience once a project is undertaken. This is particularly important for large infrastructure projects of long duration. CS Consulting understands the affected impact realized by communities. CS Consulting understands the importance of building and maintaining the trust of the community to ensure that the project progresses smoothly.​
